Hal Gregersen

Hal Gregersen is a senior lecturer in leadership and innovation at MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a former executive director of the MIT Leadership Center. A world-renowned authority on innovation and transformational leadership, he is ranked among the top 20 most influential management thinkers by Thinkers50.

Gregersen is the author of the award-winning book "Questions Are the Answer," which introduces the powerful "Question Burst" method used by organizations like Disney-Pixar, Salesforce, and Patagonia to drive creative change. He also co-authored the international bestseller "The Innovator’s DNA," a groundbreaking guide to the skills that fuel disruptive innovation.

Through keynotes, workshops, and advisory work, he helps leaders and organizations build cultures of fearless inquiry and sustained innovation. Gregersen has lived and worked globally and now resides near Boston, where he pursues his passion for photography.
