      Terms and Conditions for Startups Participating in the INMerge Innovation Summit

      1. Introduction

      These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation of startups ("Participant", "you") in the INMerge Innovation Summit ("Event") organized by INMerge Innovation Summit ("Organizer", "we", "us") in Baku, Azerbaijan. By submitting your application, you agree to comply with these Terms and the Privacy Policy and Event Rules as outlined by the Organizer.

      2. Eligibility

      • Participants must be legally established entities or in the process of establishment at the time of application.
      • The startup should be with a product or service ready for presentation.
      • All team members must be 18 years of age or older.

      Disclaimer: Ticket purchase does not guarantee a seat in the main stage due to limited availability of seats. Admission to the main stage is subject to capacity constraints and may be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

      3. Application and Selection

      • Startups must apply through the official Event website (www.inmerge.az).
      • The application must include a detailed description of the startup, its products/services, team members, and any other information requested by the Organizer.
      • Applying does not ensure participation in the INMerge Innovation Summit. Selection is competitive and based on specific criteria.
      • Selection will be based on innovation, market potential, team quality, and alignment with the Event's themes.
      • The Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its discretion.

      4. Intellectual Property

      • Participants retain all rights to their intellectual property. However, by participating, you grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your startup's name, trademarks, and logos for promotional purposes related to the Event.

      5. Presentation and Conduct

      • Participants are expected to prepare a professional presentation of their product/service for the Event.
      • All team members must adhere to the conduct guidelines as per the Event Rules, including respectful behavior, non-discrimination, and compliance with instructions from Event staff.

      6. Privacy and Data Protection

      • Participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy outlined by the Organizer.
      • Personal information will be used for Event-related communication and marketing purposes.

      7. Cancellation and Changes

      • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Participants will be notified as soon as possible.

      8. Liability

      • The Organizer will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to Participants or their property during the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Organizer.

      9. Acceptance

      • Submission of an application constitutes acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Event Rules.
      • The Organizer reserves the right to update these Terms. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
