Marc Randolph is a veteran Silicon Valley entrepreneur, advisor, and speaker, best known as the co-founder and first CEO of Netflix. He played a key role in shaping Netflix’s original concept, subscription model, and early growth strategy. After leaving Netflix in 2003, he co-founded several other startups, including Looker Data Sciences (acquired by Google), and has since focused on mentoring entrepreneurs and investing in early-stage companies. Randolph is also the author of the bestselling book That Will Never Work, where he shares lessons from his journey building Netflix.
